WBSS COMPANY BACKGROUND
WBSS,LLC was started in August 2011 by it’s owner Nichole M. Wilder. Throughout the years, Nichole was often asked by friends and colleagues for her input for new ideas, help with bookkeeping and administrative support. Her meticulous attention to detail, has always made her stand out from the rest. Unfortunately, Nichole can not take all of the credit because it was her upbringing by both parents and the reality that if you want to be noticed, you have to be 10 times better than the rest. Nichole’s Dad, the late David Wilder would say “If you are going to do something, do it right the first time.” So we coined the phrase..... “The Wilder Way”

Meet The Owner
Nichole M. Wilder is the founder and owner of WBSS,LLC. Her interest in business began at the early age of 13, when she began volunteering in the finance department at her church. Nichole has matriculated at Howard University and Coppin State University. Her work experience has lead her from the Banking Industry to Property Management and finally the Federal Government. Her dedication is like no other and she lives by the company standard, “The Wilder Way”.
